Leaders play a key role in shaping the future of any organization especially w.r.t. their human capital, what is your view on the same?
 
Leaders are the back bone to the human capital growth. We have different formats of leadership to suit the demands of the changing times. Great leaders are the masters of striking a balance with staying close to the disruptions happening at the grassroots level, yet aiming high with the organisation goals! 
 
What according to you are the key traits of a leader in an organization? 
  
One who is clued about the future and knows it best on how to optimise every talent and help them rise to their highest level of performance. A leader by definition is the person who brings the best of out everyone around them.
 
What measures can organizations take to find and develop leaders within their set-up? 
 
Organisation have the best opportunity to nurture and empower talent. A closed environment with challenges and a declared bandwidth, actually creates the best Lab to bring the best out of the people managing and working for them. 
  
What is your take on leaders and leadership w.r.t. Indian corporate world (challenges, opportunity, measures to improve etc)
 
India have produced world class leaders who are leading best of the organisations world wide. Right from Indira Nooyi to Satya Nadella, Shantanu Narayanan and Sundar Pichai. The land is magical so are its people! Lets make great products and build even greater histories with our future leaders!

She has been awarded various honours such as ‘Top 25 Influential Women on Twitter’, ‘Top 20 HR Influencer by SHRM India’ and ‘Top 100 Tech Influencer. She an evangelist based in Mumbai. An alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur, Nabomita is regarded as one of the most prominent voices for Future of work, HR and women and children empowerment in India.
